Postgraduate Conferences

SDN LOGO

The aim of the society’s postgraduate conferences is to provide a relaxed environment for lively discussion and debate between the next generation of nineteenth-century French scholars. Each conference concentrates on a particular theme, and takes the format of panel sessions comprising of 15-minute papers given by postgraduates, a keynote talk by an invited speaker, and a concluding round-table discussion.
